Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to comply under gunpoint.

Why should this appeal be considered?: During a shootout at slums I hid behind the wall next to the gas station to bandage myself as my org mate covered me.

The staff member "The peak" as a PD officer ran up to me and tried to gunpoint me right infront of my armed org mate.

After he initially tried to GP me, I moved for maybe a maximum of 1 second before my org mate gunned him down as he was right next to me.

Realistically speaking, he was not in a situation where he could gunpoint me, which ended in his own death anyway.

Overall I have a pretty solid record and in this case I feel like the warning is unjustified. I don't want to make a staff complaint, just get the warning removed.

Additional Information: Staff member told me that the clip would show on the ban pages but I can't see it so I assume that it's for moderators only.

If needed, I'm willing to get my perspective of the situation from demo.

I was in the middle of applying a bandage and got rushed.

I have also not been shown the evidence The peak said he would link it. Can I please see it?

[Involved as PD] I was behind The Peak and had my gun aimed at him pretty much the whole time. He just stood there for at least 5 seconds, maybe more. He showed no interest in moving and didn't cancel the bandage animation he just ignored gunpoint waiting for his friends to shoot at one of us.

No I'd have to go to demo and get it.

As you can see in the video he was not in a position where he could gunpoint me safely and expect me to obey orders. What makes it even worse is that his gun is held in passive except for less than a second before I turn around.

I don't want to fill up the thread but I was behind The Peak with my gun aimed at you.

You had enough cover to do what you did so your warning will be removed.
Your friend was right there and instantly gunned the cops down.
