They committed murder on an officer because I was arresting George for attempted theft of a vehicle. This is an obvious breach of 3.4 and 2.5 because it is excessive escalation for no reason as you can hear all 3 of them shoot me down for trying to apprehend George. After, I can only assume I was finished off.

In the clip my voice was not picked up but I was in fact yelling for him to surrender.

Not sure when they’re going to be on but the answers 99% likely going to be ignorance of the rules regarding when you can use deadly force to prevent high sentence arrests.

As the rule states though, you can only shoot officers over 7+ years, this was an attempted theft of a vehicle (11.12) which carries Felony - liable to 6 years maximum imprisonment, $5,000 maximum fine and asset forfeiture. - which obviously means it'd only be 3 years / 2.5k ticket cause it is half of what he attempted to break the law of. Just for your information of course.

They did have a firearm in their inventory which would potentially add additional years for offensive weapon along with failing to stop for an officer, haven’t double checked but I believe that could potentially cause a 7+ year sentence.

I’m not disputing whether they broke rule 3.4 or not. I’m just stating additional factors I remembered after that reply to possibly be brought into consideration if punishment is being issued regarding this action request.
