Warning before planting if properties are at max

Suggestion Title: Warning before planting if properties are at max
Suggestion Description: A warning that pops up like the afk screen if you try to plant on a property that has too many players plantings saying yes or no.

Why should this be added?:
- Prevents wasting seeds
- Its dumb to only tell you after you've planted

What negatives could this have?:
- dev time

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Me spamming seeds in a planter not realising the apartment is at maximum planters essentially wasting me and others seeds.

I agree this would be a small change not aware how much dev time would be required to do something like this but it would be appreciated if done many players have the same issue basing with people and end up having to move or own multiple locations.

you can pick your drugs and get the seeds back at the beginning

What I usually do is put a single seed down, if i get a notification then I can just instantly harvest and still get my seeds back.

Wasting 10 seeds is not a huge deal, if anything the person planting should've asked or looked around first before placing down the planters

it would be much easier having a function that does this + the v6 planter limits havent been released
