Suggestion Title: Increase the Max Chemical Tables in Large Suburbs Houses
Suggestion Description: As the title suggests, increase the limit on chemical tables spots in large suburbs houses from 3 to 4.

Why should this be added?:
- I believe that it's logical, relative to how big the houses are.
- Players can place down multiple planters without getting a decreased yield warning. So, I think allowing for an extra chemical table slot would remain balanced.

What negatives could this have?:
- None that I can think of.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: The current cap of 3 chemical tables feels overly restrictive, given the size of these properties.
 
I disagree with this for 1 and 1 reason only:

The upstairs of the large suburbs houses is held too much and too overpowered at time. Letting 4 chem tables in there makes it a powergrowing haven, the same could be said about office with its 3 chem table slots. Area wise, both are the same which makes it fair.
 
I do not think adding a single chemical table would change the balance that drastically, which is why I upvote this +1

The house has two big areas so it would make sense size wise.

Not from my experience; people I've based tend to defend downstairs when the back door is blocked on the first floor. But, obviously, if the door upstairs is broken into, people will defend that area more.

I don't think allowing for an extra chemical table would change any of that.
