Why should this player be punished?: user broke 3.4 this is because instead of leaving the scene or surrendering he decided to walk towards someone pointing a firearm at him and actively walking into my line of sight actively getting himself danger due to this also by pushing a officer. He had no real reason to do this and he risked his life and broke gp for no reason which caused him to be detained later on due to this

I fully understand and accept that my actions here were a breach of 3.4, and I can see how my decision to push an officer while under gunpoint created an unrealistic risk to my character’s life. The evidence clearly supports this.

At the time, my intent wasn’t to disregard the rules, but to act out my character’s strong resentment toward the police after just walking out of PD after being sentenced to 16 charges. I wanted to portray that emotional state in my RP, and I believed that intervening to protect my friend (the suspect) fit that roleplay. In hindsight, I can see that this could have been done without breaking GP rules, and I should have handled it differently.

This was an impulsive in-character decision in a low-tension situation, not an attempt to exploit the rules. I understand the issue now and will adjust my actions in future to make sure they stay within the rules while still keeping the RP engaging.

It doesnt fit the roleplay I don't think it's very smart to walk into someone's way who's armed this disregarded your life also you ESCALATED the situation via being a obstructive annoying force at the time.
