Why should this player be punished?: I was waiting for people so i could mug them and this guy came and i gunpointed him and was about to mug him when he just pulls out his gun which lead to his death. Then afterwards he came back and just instantly shot me when he came in.

First interaction: You were standing in the boathouse camping the dealer NPC with your gun out. I walked in, saw you for a moment, then I stepped out to pull my gun out and you shot me. I reacted before you said anything, I did not violate fear RP.

Second interaction: I waited for my NLR cooldown to go down, I go back to the boathouse, I see someone standing in the corner camping the NPC with a gun in hand - my reason to shoot you wasn't because you killed me before (that'd be NLR), but because you were actively camping a drug dealer obviously to rob whoever would come in.

I didn't? I even looked at the dealer for a moment.

I looked left because the door was located to the right, so there wasn't anything to the right to look at. I was just being cautious at a drug spot.

@Userone you will be issued a warning for 3.4 as you risked your life by running away from gunpoint and puling a weapon. If you don’t have a gun in your hand, you should not be running away from gunpoint even before commands are issued unless you are 100% sure they are about to shoot you.

As for returning and killing you @AlterZ , users camping the drug dealer with intent to mug can be killed under 2.5. 3.5 is hard to prove here as @Userone could have easily just been being cautious around the drug dealer.
