When conducting raids on bases, players may kill occupants who are:

Known to be armed
Aren’t surrendering
Entering/exiting the building with visible weapons

(involved) I was basing with Rachel Socks I have my POV which shows she just stood there and died. In my mind idk how they could have though she was armed. Here is my POV.

(Not involved) anyone who isnt surrendering during a raid can be shot , but if they are caught off guard you have to gp them
I was caught off guard. after moving an item into storage, i went afk to grab a sip from my baja blast. I also did not hear them come in until i was shot at

im somewhat involved, i belive this somewhat needs to be clearifyed. the front door was wide open(from what i remember), and you somewhat just stood still, after hearing alot of gun shots from the inside the property(roughly 6 seconds to react). plus you were tbf in the middle of line of fire, dont belive i could think of anyone who wouldnt just insta shoot.

(involved) The door was not wide open I heard you open the door that’s how I knew we were getting raided so let’s get that out of the way. Now I could be wrong but in my pov she wasn’t in the line of fire and was not visibly armed I was off to the side behind a wooden board. In my opinion there were 2 of you why didn’t you just kill me then worry about the unarmed person? She was clearly unarmed and wasn’t reacting to the gunfire so your saying you should just shoot them is clearly against the rules.

After reviewing this with other staff members, we believe Auston's actions were justified. Miss Piggy had about 3 seconds between the first shots being fired and being killed, meaning the raid was no longer "silent". Miss Piggy was unlucky and got caught AFK, but it is only reasonable for Auston, who was engaged in combat, to not want to deal with someone who may or may not pull a weapon from the chest in the middle of a shootout. You had enough time to turn around and hide or put your hands up. For these reasons, we believe punishing Auston would be unfair in this case.
