Why should this player be punished?: We were having a shootout having just killed the mayor, and I was flanking the cops. Once there was 1 tfu left in the brute, we were trying to get into a position and ready to shoot him. We were not even raiding small subs 2 and had only jumped onto their fence once the entire time. We weren't lockpicking or crowbarring them at all. We were simply trying to kill the cop and drive away as we knew we could get shot. However the people inside of the property decided to shoot me anyway for no apparent reason leading to me losing my gun and getting arrested. We had only raided small subs 1.

After reviewing the demo of @adam elicha I have come to the conclusion that there was no reason for him to start shooting at you. This also endangered his freedom, as he did it in direct view of an officer. While reviewing the demo, I saw him storing his shotgun immediately after he killed you, just as the police officers were going to investigate his property and the cause of the killing.

The user will receive a 4-Day ban.
2.5, 3.4, 3.18 – The user killed a player in direct view of police officers for no valid reason. After the player was killed, the user immediately stored his shotgun as the police were approaching his property to investigate.
