It wasn't a public view, we were alone in the building after we cleared it out to do the mugging, the guy kept wandering outside our appartment while we were growing drugs acting suspicious.

Even if it was private, Someone can easily see through that window down there or easily can hear us from other apartments. Keep in mind we were on the 2nd floor and anyone underneath us can hear you muggin me and call the cops on you which can put your life at risk

We cleared the whole building before mugging you. If someone saw us and called the cops then so be it, we will roleplay it and deal with the consequences of our actions.

The rules imply 'public view', you weren't on the street, nor in bazaar. You were right outside our appartment at the top of the stairs where theres no direct vision from the windows. It was not in public view. Why are we reporting for a 3k$ loss?

Tidals is a public building, Anyone can walk in at anytime and see you mugging me. I'm reporting you for my 25k gun I lost due to the mugging and also for you mugging in a public building

The rules dont say public AREA, its public VIEW. We cleared the building and you weren't in the lobby of the building, by a window or right outside the front door. You were outside OUR appartment with a gun on your back after we've been attacked multiple times. If there was no chance someone could've seen the mugging how is it public view?
