Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User's friend was being gun-pointed by a TFU officer, knowing that they were going to be gun-pointed next, jumped out of the vehicle and ran to draw a weapon putting their life at risk.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Knowing that I was going to be held at gunpoint next, I thought about my and my friends’ freedom and decided to kill the officers, which resulted in his death. I don’t really see how that’s 3.4 here, since if I already have my gun out, I can see a chance of getting a good outcome for me in general and not being in jail. I was about to get arrested.
