Suggestion Title: Deployable speed signs for RTU
Suggestion Description: Deployable speed signs for RTU, you would get a same sign as slow down but there will be a speed limit with it, it would be used to slow down traffic in traffic accidens and remind drivers of the speed of the speed trap

Why should this be added?:
- Add more RP and would be informing people of the speed of the road near speed trap

What negatives could this have?:
- could be abused

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Give officers a way to control traffic by setting speed limit or informing drivers of the speed of the road near speed trap

I suppose it is always possible to use an Illuminated Sign alongside the current RTU Signs. - you could upload a speed limit to it? Just a thought.

I am suggesting adding a barrier deployable sign that indicates speed of the road for example, it could be 3 diffrent speed signs for example 30, 50, 70 mph speed signs, the design could be something like this:

Due to the vast variation in road layouts, this type of temporary speed limit simply isn't viable, nor does the penal code support it within its current form.

I do appreciate the effort and may look into what signs get used less or not at all and see if there is room to replace some to give a better variety.
