Why were you punished?: for being 'a general weirdo'

Why should this appeal be considered?: This should not be a valid reason to receive a ban, let alone a ban duration of 1 month. Utter rubbish and abuse of power, there is clearly discrimination here towards me as I have seen other player bans on the forum for reasons much worse than mine be let off with a simple slap on the wrist. This admin should be held accountable for abusing his power in this way, he did not even issue me any kind of warning, he simply decided to get rid of me as it must have satisfied his ego.

So why was this not specified in the ban reference? Surely, if my reason for being banned is as major as what it stated above, it should have been specified. I still dispute that the ban is invalid.

After reviewing the evidence provided from Headline's end, we deem this ban as valid.

Although the reasoning is "For generally being a weirdo" there's also 1.2 and 2.8, which are the rules you've broken.​

1.2 Discrimination​

Most forms of discrimination, specifically racism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, and discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity, is strictly prohibited in all contexts, whether in-character or out-of-character.​

2.8 Sexual Roleplay​

Sexual acts of any kind must not be performed, suggested, depicted, or imitated in roleplay or on TVs.​

I won't quote what was specifically said from you as it was quite strange, but you were obviously insinuating or just straight up saying racist and anti-semitic things to other players, as well as making gross and sexual innuendos towards a female player, also making gross sexual comments towards her.

I also believe you understand what you were saying was gross / weird considering once you were being punished, you started to call Headline a sensitive baby or whatever it was, I recommend reading through the rules and being more careful with what you say if you plan on returning.
