Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User ran into PD lobby to kill someone in a act of revenge.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I was in my base, and someone broke open the door. I shot one or two of the burglars, and the police came and arrested the two others. I went up to the burglar and looked at his name, which was bob kariuski. Something like that, I said, you're in trouble. Then, about 10 minutes go by, and I want to sell my Coke, but I see him at the police station while driving past. So I look for the police and walk up to his face and shoot him, then drive away. I don't think I have done anything wrong. My friend asked
Avid Feminist and explained in /help. So I killed him. I'm very sorry if I have done something wrong. JJB was very negative and did not let me finish my F6 when I had to leave for an emergency. Which I said that I'll be back in an hour.

According to rule 3.4, you cannot revenge kill someone within eye-shot of the police.

Examples of unreasonable risks include: [...] Committing serious crimes within eyeshot of Police.

Also, as per rule 3.10, this includes the NPC stationed at the front desk.

NPCs must be treated as regular players and taken into consideration during roleplay situations.

The situation could have waited and been handled in a more appropriate location, as taking revenge is not an urgent matter that would justify murder right at the PD lobby. Considering these facts, it has become quite clear to us that the punishment is valid and you did, in fact, breach 3.4.

JJB was very negative and did not let me finish my F6 when I had to leave for an emergency. Which I said that I'll be back in an hour.

If you disagree with the way JJB has handled your F6, you must make a Staff Complaint, but having analyzed and denied your dispute, we will be closing this thread now.
