Why were you punished?: 4.1, 4.6, 3.4, 3.15 - User as a Taxi Driver, picked up a cuffed suspect from an investigation that was occurring, then attempted to flee from police, driving on the wrong side of the highway, after their vehicle got shot and disabled for doing so, this user made a jump off the highway slip road, to their death
Why should this appeal be considered?: I was under the belief that I was under FearRP. There was a large portion of the story that Kerzify unfortunately missed as he arrived on the scene minutes after other things had occured. I did however not realize that the person was cuffed due to numerous factors. A greater explanation of exactly what happened with be included below.
Additional Information: Here is the entire situation as it unfolded:
I am a taxi driver, I pull up to a corner where I notice 2 men and a cop. I will call the men white and black shirt. White shirt had a gun pointed at the cops barking commands, when I pulled up, both men starting yelling at me as well to drive them away. Black shirt was cuffed, but I did not realize this at any time as I was focused on the guy pointing the gun at me.
Both men got into the car before the cop starting shooting at us, so white shirt jumped back out as I drove away. Black shirt demanded I turn around, and since I did not know he was cuffed, and thought he might be armed I did. When we arrived back, both white shirt and the cop were dead. Starting from now is where Kerzify enters.
Black shirt exits my car, I still do not realize that he is cuffed as there are now 6-8 people and multiple vehicles in the area. The cops in the area are unaware of what happened to my knowledge. Black shirt eventually gets back into my car, which is where I drive off and do what Kerzify says in the ban. All this time, I thought that black shirt still may have a gun and I was following his command. I did not intentionally jump off the bridge to die, only to get away from the entire situation. The cop (I think Kerzify) then followed and arrested me when I was revieved. While I was cuffed, I continued to run away as black shirt was still loose as nobody detained him and I was afraid he may begin shooting. I should not have ran from the police, as ultimately there was more of them and realisitcally I should have been following their orders, but I did not think of this in the moment.
I also do have a similar ban from October, where I will admit I was just messing around then driving around. Although this time on the server and other recent times I have been trying to RP.
Kerzify asked if I had clips and if I had demos, I asked him what that was and he quickly explained it but I've never heard of it so unfortunately I have nothing.
