Suggestion Title: Car sale
Suggestion Description: Why the hell isn't it a thing that you can sell and buy cars to/from other players? Cars not on the market anymore can rise in value and become a collectors item, you can sell your shitty cars to new players and so on. To prevent someone selling their friend a car worth 2 mil, make the minimum sales price 40-50% of the cars original value!

Why should this be added?:
First of all i would classify it as a self-evident feature on any rp-community, whether on Gmod, FiveM, hell what do i know, fucking roblox.

New players can be helped out, the car-market can become an industry among players, there can be player made used car dealers, and many smaller things, that of which i won't dive into here, you name them yourselves.

As mentioned, currently unavailable cars can be sold as a collectors item, each individual car can become rarer based on their availability, and more iconic across the server.

What negatives could this have?:
- The car dealer could possibly become more or less useless, to counter this, you could make some type of disadvantage of buying used cars, (Lower top speed or acceleration, - make reperations more expensive, easier damaged - or maybe add a kilometer counter on all cars - and so on)

What problem would this suggestion solve?: I think i gave a lot of great reasoning to why this shall be implemented. I see no solving in this suggestion, it's not like there is some kind of problem regarding this, it would just add a lot to the server and community, in regards of businesses, and investment markets.

This idea is wonderfull, this will make it so you dont loose money on upgrading your car. But that it would add value to the car for other players. That makes it so upgraded cars will be worth more! Also things like the trike will be insanely expensive.

I support this.

This is a decent idea, but it has been denied before. Selling/Buying cars is one of the only money dumps in Perp, which is why it’s been denied so many times.

This would be easily counter-acted by the person whos giving away the car to just give the person the money, they buy his car, he gets his money back.
e.g:
* Friend 1 sends 400k to Friend 2 pay 40% minimum price of 1mil car (because they want to give this car to them)*
*Friend buys the car from him for the 400k*
*Friend 1 gets his 400k back from the sale*

i mean it as in the point of basically trading cars for free, the point you made is obvious as nobodies buying the original car for free??

If people want to give friends cars for free or trade them what problem does this cause?
Sounds like more RP opportunities to me!
Vehicle sales tax should also be tacked on for balance.

I have a controversial opinion on this matter.

With how easy money can be made now and how worthless they have become the casino and car dealer are probably the best money sinks the community can have.
If you give players the ability to sell their cars to other players that cash just stays circulating in the economy endlessly. On top of that new money is being printed every day (people selling millions worth of drugs to the dealer) and you get the picture after that i guess.
