Why should this player be punished?: Me and my friend approached group of people with the intention to mug them. As we were apporaching and telling them to put their hands up player pulled out a gun, started to move away and shoot at us where we both died. I believe this was harsh 3.4 violation because he started taking action only when he realized that he is going to get robbed and has no other choice other than to comply. Player also has extensive record of breaking 3.4.

i already saw them since earlier cuz my friend called out the yellow car sneaking around, then when they approached us first when i saw them i didn’t see a gun til later so i backes around the corner so i would be able to take cover while taking out my assault rifle because i knew i could take them in a gunfight at that range and w their pistols against my AR, shot them both down immediately cuz i’m confident in my aim so i knew i would kill them. Normally i would’ve put my hands up but since the there was plenty of cover between us, the car and the corner of the farm. and i’d also like to add that i didn’t even hear them say hands up until i basically had clicked my gun and put it up, maybe w some delay i’m not sure but yesterday i replayed that moment on my steam recording thing and the basically the second i heard them i reached for my gun to go around the corner and kill them, was already on edge cuz u knew they was sneaking about.

i would be happy to share demo if needed

i had my gun out to the guy in white as well earlier cuz i was gonna raid him w my friend but i put it away cuz i didn’t wanna scare him but then when i saw these two i wanted to assert dominance on em so like i just basically pulled it out to kill em, it’s pretty obvious i would win i mean they had pistols and i had an fully automatic assault rifle that shoots way faster and do more damage then their pistols
