i have this happen to me quite a bit, i don’t think its necessarily a bug it’s usually just you timing out. Ive had it happen to me a lot you just have to wait for it to sort out or a time out message and just reconnect. I’ve noticed it is literally just me timing out when this happens

it is just you timing out, it happens to me a lot. Most of the time it tends to sort itself out after a few minutes or you might get a time out error message and you just load back in

Best things for you to do based on what i’ve done to try resolve the issue
- Troubleshoot your network
- Use a VPN incase your IP is blocked
- Try the 64 Chromium version (can fix the issue sometimes)

These are your best bets! if these don’t work it may just sort itself out!

It can also be game addons being spammed which causes you to time out, i’d recommend giving a VPN a try!

it does eventually sort itself out i’ve noticed cause i’ve had this issue a few times!
can also just try verifying your game file integrity and see if that does anything but there’s not much else you can try

This is the same issue that has been observed from other community members, including me.

Thread 'Awful ping'

I usually play with a ping of 100-110 when on max pop, but since Thursday or so I am always on 225 or higher. @Creepis told me he has had similar issues and that they fixed themselves in a week's time, but honestly I would rather know what the issue is and solve it ASAP. Sometimes using a VPN helps (and lowers it to around 125), sometimes it doesn't. I have joined both with other devices using streaming platforms like Netflix, and with my computer being the only connected device, and the issue persists. Any help is welcome.

This is most likely an issue with your ISP or the server host. The only way for you to fix this is to use a VPN to fix some horrible routing issue.
I still get these today and play with a ping of 200 even though I am in Germany.

Yeah that’s what i said, VPN sorted it for me for a little while
 
It's a server issue, I've had this on a consistent basis a while ago until it fixed itself by just playing on a different day, my internet was having zero issues when monitoring it

This video is old (25 Dec 2023) but pretty much is showing the same issue at hand, the lag starts when I start looking at my feet because I'm wondering why wasn't my character moving


I use "net_graph 4" at the end of the video if this is of any use
