Why should this player be punished?: The three users, mainly Tyrone David and Que Costello kept cop baiting and minging me for no reason whatsoever. Tyrone David and Que costello through multiple scenarios, kept body blocking me and standing in front of me so I could not process prisoners or get inside the PD. At one point Que was sitting in PD next to a secret service agent baiting saying he had a bomb, making useless threats and begging to be shot in the head not caring for his own characters life. It got so bad at one point in the obstruction that I actually killed Tyrone by right clicking on him with my night stick which I did not think was even possible. They kept following me, harassing me personally even using the fact that I'm a flat earther to give me shit. Sierra brown when was mayor was even ordering her secret service to release the prisoners as a "pardon" which is not allowed (This was dealt with Daan [Lucius Husky] in game I believe). I will be posting more evidence links that shows other officers (Steven Dingleberry) came up to me telling me they are targeting trying to get any kind of report on me. And I have another clip of hearing one of them say "lets get in our cars and follow him until we can get him on a report or IA" (paraphrasing). Overall, I'm only making this AR because they were discussing how they would target me which is what really made me mad.

AR3 was essentially a nothing-burger; it was just a third party making claims.


At no point did I ever order my SS to uncuff anyone. The “pardon” comment was clearly a joke, and I never instructed them to release the individual. Even if I had said it seriously, the arrest would still stand regardless. You can even hear in the clip that I explicitly state I cannot pardon people and that I know I don’t have that authority.


Following you was not cop baiting. We followed you solely to gather IA evidence after we believed you had broken policy and we didn’t get the initial clip. The intent was to see if the behavior happened again. No illegal activity took place during this time — even while you were responding, we maintained legal speed and followed traffic laws. In fact, we believed you were attempting to bait us, which is why we remained cautious.


I also was not the one driving.


When you nearly hit me, my comment of “you need to be careful” was not an attempt to provoke or break any laws. Despite this, I was arrested for obstruction, even though you could have simply gone around.


Overall, no laws were broken on our end, and the context in the clip supports that.

Yeah too back up the point this entire scenario has already been talked about with mods and cleared up. But we made a very clear decision to follow all applicable laws and rules regarding us driving around the city. So we did not break any laws and this has already been talked about with mods. This also sort of feels like revenge for me making an AR on you the other day and you only just now made one on me? I even heard you in PD while in character whining to any cops that would listen about how I made an AR and how ridiculous it was. If you want that clip I can send that as well mate.

literally what they all said, i solely believe "Yaro" is just doing this to get some kind of get back or some immature way of trying to screw with us because we don’t share his beliefs, the other way he was going around drunk ranting about how the earth was flat by storage and was trying to convince us that it was, not only doing so but actually going around just repeating "THE EARTH IS FLAT". Everyone’s entitled to their own beliefs but it’s unnecessary trying to force them onto others, and we pointed out this and therefore i’m guessing this is just some childish try to get us in trouble of some sort over basically nothing whatsoever.

Well it’s sometimes hard to tell if you’re taking the piss with your “hot take comments”. Like how the other night you message in gov chat “how drunk you are” and make comments on gov radio about how “the covid vaccine rewrites your dna” and “how the earth is flat and all this”. Not to say you can’t have your own opinions but its hard to tell if your being serious or just trying to say something that is not a well shared sentiment for a laugh.

“cop baiting” refers to in community discussion, typically doing risky things just to draw police attention which they didn't really do, i saw them pushing but thats a general perp thing. Technically not anywhere in the rules about it also.

You can see within your own clip that this isn't true... he was not sat at any point in the pd. you had him in handcuffs and you searched him as he mentioned bomb.
