Suggestion Title: New org perk
Suggestion Description: There should be 2 new org perks which you and your organisation has a contract with the bank, that when selling properties you get 60% or 75% money back when selling the property.

Basic contract: get 60% of money back when selling your property, basic contract should be around 10-20 lvl of org.

Advanced contract: get 75% of money back and it should be around 25-35 lvl of org.

Why should this be added?:
Adds more perks for being in a higher org lvl

What negatives could this have?:
- N/A

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Might encourage people owning the more expensive properties, bunker, foundry etc.

I like the idea or something simular but i dont think that would work, Implication wise is that you a criminal org is brokering deals with banks if that makes sense, also why tho? when most propertys cost like 4 - 6k big buildings sure but still not very pratical imo

In the negatives you forgot to list:
- We're already looking for money sinks for people to waste their money, not for them to get money back?

The point of the properties being expensive would be completely ignored?

Great idea for new perks, but I think you could probably come up with a better one, as properties are already cheap.

It could work but I think that it could also work in a bad way, because now most big buildings purchased by people with enough members online at that moment, so spots like tidals are too small. If the new org perks like you mentioned will be added I think more People will buy bigger houses even if they don’t really need them, which causes “zergs” to buy multiple Floors in like regals, slums and tidals. And then there could be a chance that people wont be able to actually get an appt who are like with 2 People,

And why would we give big orgs even more priveliges? I think the last thing we should do atp is to give them a “Buff”
