Why should this player be punished?: Player shot me from the inside of a hotel room while I was crowbarring a chopshop vehicle. This could not have been the player's car, because it was a vehicle from the chopshop mission, due to this player had no reason to kill me.

Hey man,

Appreciate your response. If it's your own car, or your mate's car, you can ofcourse respond in defence of your property. But this wasn't the case in this sense. If its not a car of yourself, or teammates, or you are not sure. Then its best next time to escelate first via verbal contact, or calling the police. You can't always just shoot someone for seeing them commiting a crime.

For me this is enough. But its up to @Vollgas how he chooses to handle the rest of the report.

72 hours have passed. Player is currently also already on a 2 week ban for 2.5, 3.4, 3.20, and ban evasion.

Not sure if there is use to extend his punishment even further, but up to you what u want to do I guess

I talked to the user privately a while back and he was apologetic too. Considering the current ban the user is facing, the only extension option would be a week, which I believe would be excessive for his actions. Given this, I will be issuing a warning instead.
