Why should this player be punished?: He raided my property 3 times and he threw molotovs on my doorstep or inside my property in all those raids. In one of the raids he also barricaded my front door with barricades so the firefighters couldn't properly extinguish the fire. He also shot me for no reason when I came outside of my apartment to see who is speaking in the corridor.
P.S. When I left the server to review the demos I joined a call with my friend in discord to tell him to clip him being molotov raided because he told me they came back for a 3rd time to throw a molotov. That's why you can hear me joining and leaving in the 3rd clip.

This all started when we raided Tidal Apartments 102. We completed the raid, killed the only occupant there at the time, and brought his planters back to our base in Tidal Apartments 101. During the raid, he was firing through planter boxes and using them as cover.


After his NLR (New Life Rule) expired, he came straight back and tried to raid us. He failed that attempt. Once his next NLR expired, he kept on returning and repeatedly raiding us until he finally managed to take back the planters, kill us, and steal our weapons.


On another occasion, when he was unarmed, we gave him a clear command to surrender at gunpoint. He refused and ran away instead of complying.


He also repeatedly called the in‑game police after each NLR expired, seemingly trying to get us arrested. We tried to report his conduct to an admin, but none were online at the time.


After raiding us so many times, once he finally killed us, he intentionally caused our meth to explode, which destroyed our base in Tidal Apartments 101 and set all our cookers to high, a deliberate act of sabotage.


On top of all that, his behavior was verbally toxic. He posted “banned n‑word” on my public profile; I’ve included a screenshot of this comment to show how toxic and aggressive he was.


Because his attacks were persistent, intentional, and escalating, including repeated raids, refusal to surrender, attempts to misuse in‑game systems against us, and sabotage of our base, we believed we were justified in responding in a way that would stop him. We used molotovs against his base as an offensive measure to deter further hostile actions and protect ourselves, not as a random revenge raid.


I will provide video evidence once all the clips are put together later today and i have had time to review the demo's thank you for your patience.

Since i was a part of this situation i want to add also some information.
He used molotovs 3 seperate times to throw on tidals 102 (our property), which is bannable offence since you cant use molotovs to damage property or to raid.
