Why should this player be punished?: I was looking for a raid and saw a guy run to the back. Went in for a mug and he runs from GP and pulls out gun whilst doing such skillfull movement

Given how @Fracket was also breaking rules in this situation( given how he had intentions to mug here in a place that you are not supposed to be able to do so) you will be receiving a warning for doing so

However @roos Even in your POV, you see the weapon aimed and instantly turn around and pull your weapon with no appropriate cover to do so, which is a quite obvious break of 3.4, you will be recieving warning for doing so
