Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to make sure police where not on scene before flanking a raid at slums warehouse killing a raider who was actively fighting police
Why should this appeal be considered?: The reason why I make this appeal is to prove that I had already begun flanking before PD was on scene at slums warehouse.
In the video, there are two frames: the left (POV of me) and the right (nocliping around Headline who was the first to engage with cops). The one on the right is slightly ahead due to sloppy editing by me.
Another org member and I had already begun flanking before PD was on scene. We both went for roos since he was alone and on the 45 second mark you can see me trying to bait him while I took my gun out so my org member can snipe him from bathrooms. My org member starts shooting at him and 5 seconds later I see in org chat "Barret dead" so I allow myself time to swap from a red dot to acog for better sniping and I debate over finishing off the body which is why there's an abrupt 10 seconds before me fully peaking.
PD isn't arriving on scene until the 54 second mark, and PD isn't shot at until the 1 minute mark. From that point it was till 8 seconds later when I killed pug and then 17 more seconds later I killed Headline. Although I did not fire an actual shot immediately, I was still directly involved in flanking which then gave me leeway to further kill other raiders as I already had involvement in the raid as a defender.
However, I do see the point of RespectMyVoid because I had not actually fired a shot until PD was there. Although I did not shoot anything for the beginning I was still directly involved in flanking and killing raiders.
