How to reproduce the Bug: I guess just put the clamp and then tow it like i do in the video

Hello, essentially it's your extremely weird hook placement that is the cause of this issue as if tries to pull back to the end of the hook. I would come to the conclusion that they don't teach you this in road recovery class. (Since you're using the hook the backwards it doesn't have enough strength to flip the vehicle around thus in this scenario it'll pick the entire car up instead.
