I think two of my disputes were accepted by myself after they provided further evidence which they couldn't at the time of the admin sit or ban, one was accepted because it turned out it was actually as a result of a bug that they broke the rule, so only one where I actually disagreed and argued against it and felt like me issuing the ban was valid. Not bad I'd say for several years of sporadically staffing.

I think a better measure of 'leniency' would be average ban length and ban to warning ratio.

But at the end of the day. These statistics are rough overgeneralizations of the bans and are more for fun than to actually prove a point. Just like this post. To get an actual unbiased result we'd need to group together the rule violated, the severity and apply a "record horribleness" scale as well as how much of a pain the user is. And only then group it together for each staff member.
