Suggestion Title: Meeting Room Property Layout Board
Suggestion Description: Add a large planning board inside the police meeting room that show property layouts around the city.

Officers could for example:
1. Select a property
2. View a basic floor plan
3. Mark entry points
4. Plan breach positions
5. Assign officer roles

This would make the meeting room actually useful instead of rarely used as I myself never see it being used when on-duty for something like planning a property search.

Why should this be added?:
- Right now, meeting rooms often go unused. This gives officers a real reason to gather there before property searches and so on.

- Planning before a raid or warrant makes operations feel professional instead of rushed and resulting in quick planning, that quick planning often results in chaos on-scene if officers do whatever they want.

- It also adds a factor of realism, real police departments plan property searches using building layouts and boards. This adds immersion without adding any form of overpowered mechanics.

What negatives could this have?:
- Only negative i see is development time, creating layouts for multiple properties could take loads of time and effort.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: None.

Or alternatively make the board load up a website and we add an option to PLPD.online where supervisors can select the layout and draw on it in the browser, then this page displayed on the board updates whenever that's changed.

That is also a very good alternative, in-game would be prefered but of course thats also good.

This is a chicken and the egg problem. And unfortunatly, chicken is gonna have to come first in this instance.

We can't justify dedicating time towards a feature like this when the meeting room goes mostly unused. And evidence suggests adding a feature like this wouldn't change that. Police gameplay is fast paced, and moves on quickly. There is often little room for tactical planning and discussion. If you want features for the meeting room, we have to see the meeting room used more first.
