Suggestion Title: Mute and Speaker options for phone calls
Suggestion Description: Like on real phone calls, add a button that will mute the phone's microphone, allowing you to still hear the caller but the caller to not hear you. And a speakerphone button that lets people standing around you to hear the phone call as well. These could be both key binds and physical buttons that can be clicked on with the phone open.

Why should this be added?:
- Ability to talk to others around you or on a radio without interrupting the caller or having them hear you
Let those around you hear the conversation as well, useful for business that have one phone line but multiple employees, or police situations where multiple people can hear the call.
Realism!

What negatives could this have?:
- New players may accidentally trigger these options and not know how to disable them

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Coordination between people handling an incident and the person taking calls for said incident would be a lot easier if everyone could hear the same phone call! Also, being able to mute the phone allows for comments to be made on the call without being heard, or for cases like police dispatch, allows radio coordination such as sending units to a location without interrupting the caller.
 
TS is only for orgs tho. Players who aren't in an org can't use the teamspeak app in the phone at all.
fair, but why would you need to put a phone on speaker for someone who isn't in an org? we also have radios for law enforcement, so i can only see a use for public disturbance

I as dispatch will sometimes get calls from people with demands, wanting to negotiate to hand themselves in, or other situations that involve other officers or supervisors. It'd have been useful on more than one occasion to have a speaker option so the officers in the office with me could have heard directly instead of me repeating it.

Same kinda thing with being able to mute the phone. It'd let me dispatch units without talking over the caller. Or, if I have officers going to a suspicious call and their still on the line, I'd be able to mute the call and warn the officers without the caller knowing what I've warned them.

I'm sure there are more examples, I'm mainly a dispatcher and city worker, so those are the only ones I've got.
