To begin with, I was in my house and these people raided me, I obeyed them all they said, I raised my hands everytime they said so, and when the took all my items, I said "ok" and they killed me, it is all. I didn't know the procedure of being mugged, I obeyed them all, I didn't know they could kill me for talking and doesn't make sense that you mugged me and still want to fuck me up with "talking". this is crazy, I'm sorry if my behaviour wasn't good enough for this context, now I know how to manage this situations

honestly i did not care that you talked my friend was mad as fuck already so thats why he reported you

So, after some careful reviewing with @Megasaw we are going to be overruling this AR as we feel it's incorrect;

@Antti paska-aho & @jimb0 - It's very clear this AR was made in bad taste and faith, you both are already mugging Gustavo and essentially taunting him throughout the entire interaction, it's very clear that neither of you cared if you were heard or caught by police considering Niko was thanking him for the items while not on whisper when Gustavo is whispering the entire time.

Gustavo whispering and mumbling did not affect this scenario whatsoever, in fact if anyone were drawing attention to either of you and risking your lives / freedom, it was your friend Niko just bragging about it so openly.

Both of you had already just taken his items, then Niko babbling so openly in his face and then think he can just kill him for mumbling? That is extremely excessive, ruins other players' experiences and that kind of behavior is not welcome here.

@jimb0 - You will be banned for 3 days for 2.5 for being extremely excessive in this situation, you were bringing more attention to you and your friend than Gustavo was.

@perkyrata - Your ban will be lifted and deleted as we feel you did not risk your life or risk their freedoms by simply mumbling one thing.
