Why should this player be punished?: He shot me for absolutely no reason in the bazar where it was full of people. I also know for qa fact that he shot an other guy for no reason as well.

You ran over my friends with your own car first BUT besides that, there’s this rule:

2.1 - Any person may use a justifiable amount of force proportionate to a threat if they reasonably believe that such force would prevent great bodily harm or death

- When I threat you, I was not armed and I was not giving you a “real threat” revenge. You were inside of your car and ready to go. I believe the force of my threat is not dangerous enough to justify your killing. Plus, you killed me way after our interaction (I believe 20-25 minutes later) which makes your justification of responding to a threat a little bit too late. I basically just came in th bazar and shot me and the other guy without any interaction.

The issue with both of us in our car has been resolved with the police at the time. When we left the scene, we all got warnings from them and my friend even got arrested. The issue was over then at this point. I don’t believe, again, that you can justify a killing for something that happened 25 minutes before and has been resolved with the police.

Fracket has sent me evidence, and after reviewing it, the situation has become clear to me. Fracket had every right to kill the first player in the clip you shared. This player had previously shot Fracket unconscious; after being revived, Fracket enacted revenge as seen in the clip.

The kill on you was also valid. Earlier, inside the city garage, your friends attempted to steal a weapon from the ground, which is why Tim ran them over to prevent them from taking it. When Tim got out of his vehicle, you attempted to run him over, actively threatening his life. After noticing that you were unable to do so due to the speed of your vehicle, you decided to take it out on his car by repeatedly ramming it. You made a direct and explicit threat, saying, and I quote:
"Let me see you so I remember who to kill next time."

Him taking revenge 20 to 25 minutes later is fine, as Rule 2.5 states:
"If you take revenge, you must do so within two hours as long as you do not know that they have already died and respawned."
He was well within that 2-hour window.
