Why should this player be punished?: They pulled up on us out of nowhere and started provoking, saying things like “start the raid” and “raid now.” Because of that, Ash Wilson GP’d the vehicle, giving them KOS on him. After that, they opened fire and wiped everyone. They were even shooting at people still in the car trying to leave. Me, Rico, and Hunter hadn’t shot, aimed, or done anything, and we still got gunned down.

You randomly pulled guns on us, we acted on it. I only shot who I had KOS on, whilst in the middle of the shootout you are just sat in your car, when you jumped out the car (visibly armed = threat) you should've surrendered and shown you meant no harm, instead you decided it was a better idea to instantly run to get cover to, without a doubt, retaliate by shooting.

Sorry but that's not how the rules work, additionally your KOS was on Ash after you provoked it because of course GS9 only wants combat XP for leaderboards and not any roleplay scenes that are actually meaningful. We could've turned this into a fun interaction between the both of our organizations where we could've actually retaliated, but you made up your mind when you pulled up that you were gonna kill all of us and end the scenario right then and there with your "Start the raid" over and over, ignoring every attempt to roleplay that was made, and then gunning down the vehicle who had people inside who hadn't threatened you nor shot at you (nobody hopped in the car that you actually had KOS on). Rico also never directly threatened you, he took his gun off safety as you were departing and didn't aim at you on the way out so that's also garbage. "whilst in the middle of the shootout you are just sat in your car" I made an attempt to leave but you disabled the vehicle, so what the hell else am I supposed to do besides run? Me running for "cover" a/k/a leaving a scene where shots are actively being thrown around doesn't make me a threat either, nor does it give you KOS on me because I'm visibly armed but haven't fired at you. You made zero attempts to tell anyone uninvolved to leave and immediately went to gunning down everything moving.

I was in the car until u shot it out didnt jump out didnt do anything even after u shot one of my org mates and my ally. I jumped out after u blew the vehicle out with plenty of bullets and was shot at almost instantly so? Whats the reason for this? If I didnt jump out to aim a gun at u after you carried out ur kos on Ash then why would u need to shoot the car out we are in when no guns are pointed at you?
