Why should this player be punished?: I was raiding lakeview, during which I was flanking. During this entire raid these two tesla's stayed in the area (literally at the gas station in front of lakeview) with me actively raiding and flanking and cops on scene. Then when I was about to go inside and kill cops another cop showed up and I killed them literally infront of them, the user in question then decided to run me over at speed, even though there was ample room to flee otherwise (which they should have done before). And after he ran me over I told him to leave and he continued to KOS me for no reason with cops still on scene and in range. I had no prior altercations with the user and he just killed me for no reason causing me to lose the raid.

We wanted to start counterraiding, thats why we were in the area. You shot my car, and it disabled my car. (probably on accident when seeing your POV) and thats when Jossyl decided to run you over and kill you. We did nothing wrong in my eyes. We were waiting for the right moment, and that was it.

As soon as the three of you saw there was armed police running into the raid and shots were being fired, you should've left. Instead, you parked up right next to the location of the shootout, while visibly armed, and got attention from Police. This could've been easily avoided by simply not being in the area at the time of the shootout. All 3 of you ( @Jossyl , @RoyalSkippyX and @BennyBlue ) broke 3.4 by doing what I described above.

Therefore, @RoyalSkippyX will be warned for breaking 3.4. @BennyBlue will be banned for 2 days for the same. @Jossyl will be banned for 5 days considering your horrible record and the fact you also broke 3.18 by immediately storing the AS50 and returning to the raid after.
