Why were you punished?: 3.4 - The user committed a crime inside the police department lobby while messing around and called out 10-toes leading to an avoidable PD raid before taking a hostage to try and release an organization member who only had 5 minutes left on his sentence which provided insufficient time for a successful rescue.

Why should this appeal be considered?: The first part of this ban is valid, as I should not have committed a crime inside the PD lobby as it would inevitably lead to my arrest breaking 3.4. But the second part of this ban is what I do not agree on, Ryan mushroom was in jail for 10 years I initiated the PD raid as soon as possible when he had 4-5 minutes remaining, the circumstances were not ideal as the PD flooded us as we searched for an EMS, causing the situation to get dragged out, but this was completely out of my control and I could not change the fact it was dragged out and couldn't have avoided the timing, it was just unfortunate circumstances but not 3.4

Respectfully hostage sits require a thing called roleplay you just running without saying a single thing is just unrealistic make a IA as this is just unrelated

had you of done it earlier you would've maybe been able to do so including the factors however I had notified you and you took nearly over half if not more of the guys sentence to do yes the guy was stalling however you made some bogus idea of strapping a bomb and whatever therefore b4 u even reached pd Ryan had been released

Wasn't my idea to strap a bomb. it's his fault for stalling if he didn't and circumstances were better we would have gotten him out. I wont be arguing with you as it waste's my time

John was speaking to me in prison, I was sentenced originally for 8 years, the officer charged me wrong so took me out after about a minute and 30 seconds and gave me 10 again (so i spent almost 12 minutes in jail btw but im not a pissy baby and i knew it wasnt out of malice so i didnt care). At about 9 minutes into my sentance john was given a 3 year to which I told him I was 10 regardless anyways he watched me try PD raid for him so he knew I was 10. I dont even understand the relevance of him being banned for 3.4 for "hostage to try and release an organization member who only had 5 minutes left on his sentence which provided insufficient time for a successful rescue." its simply by defenition of the rules not 3.4, its very similar to Ximing johnsons 3.4 ban about a week ago where they are just given 3.4 because someone cried enough tbh

John acted within the rules, PD stalling and wasting time isnt his fault. What was the alternative? Start shooting PD while theres a bunch surrounding him?

According to kerzifys interpretation of the rules that wouldve also been 3.4, and even though it was revoked it wouldve ended in us here on the fourms arguing regardless. It is simply just a shit situation for everybody but not 3.4.

It might of been one of org members or an ally i wanted to break out that did a city hall raid with me but by the time we got down to the cells i dont think they were there anymore. If the people that alr started the pd raid didnt want me to join / help them in the pd raid why did they tell the ems they had hostage to open the door for me so i could get through the first double door in lobby resulting me in participating in a valid pd raid either way.
