Why should this player be punished?: After being told many times to leave the scene (as I could tell he was trying to help the driver of the gold audi escape) player chose to keep trying to bait me into pulling them out of the car while having a weapon on their back. Believe this breaks 3.4 and GP.

B. I had no clue what my friend was being arrested for in the first place, and you and the other officer said he had fled twice previously.
C. You had to continuously run after me to attempt to gunpoint, something you only actually managed to do at the hospital.
D. I was very clearly in the process of committing Aiding and Abetting, something that is punishable by the same sentencing and jail time as 6.5 Cooperation with the Orders of Law Enforcement Personnel. So no, by doing so, I'm not breaking 3.4 in any way.
E. The fact that I did something unlawful and out of your taste to the point where you very clearly exceeded your boundaries is a problem that you need to resolve yourself. Not a petty ass AR about how you got your ego wrecked.

Sounds to me like you was intentionally using ur staff vehicle which you should no longer have access to, to carry a weapon knowing it will be concealed by the chair behind u on the driving wheel. Just btw.

After discussing this with another staff member, reviewing the evidence, and taking into consideration both sides, this Action Request is going to be denied.

Headline staying in the area to attempt to aid and abet their friend is fine; their actions aligned with 3.4. Nothing was violated as described within the 3.4 rule and guidelines. Headline being in the area with a weapon on his back is fine, as this is only considered a minor crime; if we were to punish people for violating these minor crimes under 3.4, it would take away many of the roleplay situations we have. It would be unfair to punish Headline here for 3.4 based on your claim.

As for the gunpoint claim, this was an extremely close call, and I would not feel comfortable handing out a punishment for this as you were sprinting while simultaneously attempting to gunpoint Headline. Also, taking into consideration that his large truck provided him with somewhat acceptable cover while he was driving, Headline complying at the hospital only a few seconds later shows that he did not have any malicious intent.

I also feel like most of this has been solved within roleplay, as Headline was arrested for 5 years and his weapon was confiscated.
