Suggestion Title: Expand 3.4 definitions in the 3.4 help page
Suggestion Description: Add more definitions and expand upon a few criteria in the help page for 3.4

Why should this be added?:
- Will help reduce new players breaking 3.4 because of things not defined in either the rules or the help page
- Generally may help people break 3.4 less

What negatives could this have?:
- May possibly make the help page for 3.4 harder to read because of potential length

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Excessive 3.4 bans, especially for people like me who are sometimes slow to grasp concepts :D

Addendum to this, this could possibly be added as a seperate page, with the current one being like a basic overview and the new one being a more indepth overview for people interested in taking the time to fully understand the rule. Either solution doesn't really have too many downsides and would probably help people grasp it alot better :)

The information in the 3.4 help page are general guidelines which means we wouldn't be listing everything single instance where you would need to keep 3.4 in mind or where a rule break could occur. If we did this we would have pages and pages of information that I don't think a new player would want to read, making the guide lose it's effectiveness. In addition if someone spent their time writing everything single instance, I don't think the time taken would be come with a good pay off. What exactly do you think should be added to it? In addition what part of the rule isn't defined? Similar to the help page we wouldn't want every instance in the rules as we would have pages and pages of that too.

Since it's relevant, I recently raised with an Admin+ that the 3.4 guidelines could detail that you aren't mandated to comply with orders from your gunpointer if they begin shooting you for example. The guidelines also mention things like not being allowed to raid with melee weapons, which I believe is going to change in the future, so I'm assuming that will already be accounted for when the change arrives. There's also some more nuanced things like being allowed to flee from police for minor sentences if you 100% know you are going to be arrested which was announced by Collier in private channels some months ago. Can find that post Discord message here. Like you said, not everything can fill these help pages, so not everything I mentioned may be applicable or wanted.

The exact point this person is aiming at is countering a raid while cops are on scene.
