Why should this player be punished?: Dude shot me while i was in cuffs, told i was gunpointing him, i was clearly just protecting myself from being mugged.

I just looked at this I recall making some sort of f6 after the situation occured but I was pretty sure the officer had seen me with the gun and gunponting the car so to avoid him attempting to arrest me next and him arresting the person I was basing with at the time I shot him also I was kinda unsure of what he was rolling for, In terms of gunpointing the car I was kind of unaware of why he had stopped in a random wooded area and im pretty sure i made a remark about them mugging us and the passengar made a joke about it, Kevin Jackobsen was in the car before I got in and he was in the back seat and told me to get in in front of pd so i just got in, I am unsure of any previous altercations but seeing as he was the reason I got in I was going to join him and not the random people I didnt know. also have had a previous situation where someone picked me up in a non mug zone and drove me to a mug zone and robbed me. So I didn't want to just let them do that.

In terms of why Autism killed Juzz and any previous altercations I am unaware, Also If the officer somehow didnt see me gunpointing the car my bad.

I thought he was gonna jump out the car when we was at a safe speed, since he brought us up behind subs area near the woods, i thought he was gonna gunpoint me, so i pulled my gun out to feel safe, I thought i was gonna ask him if he wants some because of that, i didnt gunpoint him, but followed him after to ask him if he wants some, then he said "why you gunpointing me" I didnt answer him there, since I was not gunpointing but just being safe before he was gonna do some tricks, i threw the gun in the water to cheat the cop to I didnt have a gun, he didnt fall for that.
