Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 - Ignored commands given out by the owner of the shop whilst being gunpointed, they made no attempt to leave the shop whatsoever after they followed us making a transaction where the person had dropped me the cash, the owner of the shop then gunpointed them, and could have easily lined them all up, yet they did not comply just saying "they cant" yet made no attempt in doing so.

None of you really made an attempt to leave really, none of you attempted pushing the other players, but instead kept on laughing and yelling on the new player whilst under GP.

Tbh. I couldn't really see the gun in your hand, only reason I turned was cause I saw something move in my peripheral and saw you standing there, didn't notice the pistol and I've realised now that's what was moving. I was trying to liquidate my Planter Boxes for more gambling money, but didn't realise Luke was GPing people out the shop cause of all the voices. It kind of merges together when you've been drinking a bit, no excuse, but I can't really attribute it to anything else.

I'll take the L on this, and I'll try to be a bit more observant in future, but I don't think Hazel or Carrie were at fault, given I was body-blocking them. I also don't think you should've been warned for 3.7 just for wanting a secure place to transact items worth over a million, but I'm not the enforcer.

But as Seamus commented while I was typing this, we we're getting clear body-blocked and can't do much on that, thanks for the honesty Seamus.

I was not the person gunpointing, Luke Davies, the person I was trading with had an AR pointed on all of you, I will let staff deal with this though

May I also note that after the guy body blocking you moved, you still made no fast attempt to leave, and you still sticked around even until the prop blocking part.

All of that but you tried to push me into that room while I was trapped between you and Kimiko for some reason that I don't know and I'm cool with Davies I had no idea about whatever transaction was happening there since I wasn't focused and maybe yes, I should have left a little earlier I can admit that at the end I still backed off no one stole your cookie and I don't know what are you trying to convey here with this pointless AR.

Was only told to leave the back of the shop, and I was only gunpointed by the guy with the rifle from my point of view, I wasn't even aware there was a person outside gunpointing me. Someone was trading something, I was just curious about what it was, not everyday you get to see someone trading stuff for millions. Carrie was behind me and the mayor was inside. We were just hanging out bantering mostly, the mayor was there, hence my "this is a protest" line. The gun comes out, and I try to back up for a bit, turn around and see Carrie is still there, then I say "I can't move". I forgot I could push people until I saw the mayor push someone else. I didn't know whose shop it was either, I assumed the owner was the person in the back of the shop, wasn't even aware of the guy with the pistol. You'll also hear a cheeky laugh as I escape the body block from Carrie. And then the person with the rifle moved forward, when I saw he moved forward, I moved further back.

I just didn't think this was a big deal, there was no damage done, it was friendly bantering from my side, but if someone took it the wrong way I apologize. I just wanted to hang out and have fun.

Was only told to leave the back of the shop which i did after it finally being cleared, no others what so ever to leave the shop itself. I bodyblocked it to start with as banter, there was nothing going on in the shop to start with untill they began trading some item which they definently did not like us looking at.

I was trying to get to Luke to inquire about liquidating some more stuff in my storage for the casino, as I didn't want to go below 2 mil. I was a little bit drunk, so I wasn't quite aware that Luke was busy, and didn't quite put together that it wasn't me he was trying to sell to in that moment. I did actually go and speak to him the next day about it, and he informed me that even he didn't think he said it that loud. I just assumed they'd move forward slightly and then I'd go inside, but instead it turned into a shitshow.

As for Ashur's weapon, I didn't notice it in my peripheral, only that something had moved. That's not really an excuse or anything, just an observance issue on my part.

It's definitely my bad there, Kimiko and Hazel were both stuck.
