Why were you punished?: User pulled a weapon out while under gunpoint, after mugging another players friends, presumably so he couldn't lose the items again. He then took a long time to give the mugged items back, and when I asked him for their weapons he refused to give me them. // When you're ready to give the guns back, message rowley04_ on discord.

Why should this appeal be considered?: Me and my friends mugged those guys, we got attacked by someone random from the woods idek who that was. After i killed him and i was dealing with the guns one of them broke out of the zipties and jumped in his car, i gunpointed him at his car he ignored the gunpoint and drove straight into me making me drop my rifle leaving me only with my pistol. I got up with my pistol and started shooting at them because they somehow got their guns and they tried to gp me. I do understand it might seem like i broke gunpoint and i dont have a problem with admitting that i made a mistake nor giving back 2 rifles that worth like 30k ingame money.

What are you disputing here? You've literally admitted to breaking gunpoint within the dispute. The users did not break 3.4 in this instance as the vehicle was already in motion coming towards you. You have clearly pulled a gun despite being ragdolled and being told to surrender when you stand up.

If you want to arrange returning the items, then you'll need to contact the staff member who banned you in Discord, as explained in the ban reason.

Hey mate, I was involved and the main player reporting you

You were storing guns from your friends and our guns including my g3a3, I managed to break out without you realising and get a gun out of my trunk. In order to attempt to get my original g3a3 and all our other guns that you stored along with Alfreds items that you robbed off him as it was quite a lot, I hit you with my car to disarm you then gunpointed you hence seen in the clip but you didnt wish to follow that

The vehical was moving, and under the rules now adays you cant gunpoint someone if a car is moving

This seems like an apology more than a dispute unless you are accusing me of breaking 3.4 then make an AR

ive also made a staff complaint because i think the staff who issued the ban on me just didnt wanna listen to anything i say because the people who filed the report are their friends, respectfully thats just not right

im trying to say that i dont mind accepting that im also in the wrong here for breaking gp which i dont think i did, im just trying to say that the way i was unarmed was against the rules and the staff member who issued the ban just kept ignoring what i said about that during the incident leading to my perma ban

What rule are they breaking by ragdolling you to disarm you? You were pointing a gun towards their direction which they then hit you to disarm you. Then attempted to force withdraw their items back which you stole previously.

with all due respect sean, as you can see in the clip the car was in a motionless state when i pointed my gun at them, they just decided to ignore that and ram straight into me

You're a fair distance away from the vehicle when you have your gun out which the vehicle immediately sets into motion. By the time you have given a command which you are still a distance away, the vehicle is in full motion and instantly disarms you. You then pulled a gun out after being ragdolled, despite being gunpointed by numerous individuals.

This punishment is valid and will remain in place. The staff complaint is a separate issue. The punishment is currently a permanent ban due to you refusing to give the stolen items back that would have been force withdrew from you. If you would like this to change, please contact Rowley on Discord as instructed to do so.
