Description of the Bug: Unmarked Number Plate Removal

How to reproduce the Bug: 1.Spawn an unmarked car as an officer.
2.Go upstairs and ''Equip Traffic Gear''
3.Spawn a new unmarked car (i tried it with the evo twice and it worked both times, didn't try others)


You will have no rear or front plate, it isn't client side. vie asked others and the plates aren't showing.

I was there and I can confirm it still shows on ANPR as having a plate

yeah displays on anpr still but doesn't display on car
