Why should this player be punished?: So the reason I'm adding 2 sections of people is because I genuinely don't know IF he is the one who threw the molotov, but I'm fairly certain that he is. I came on down after responding to an incident, to see a molotov having been thrown at my car for seemingly no reason. This resulted in it blowing up and disabling a random civs car. Alex then claimed he was the one who threw the molotov and ran off. He also called 10 toes over this btw, randomly molotoving my car getting himself arrested and then calling 10 toes for a charge that's not 10 toes.

The user has not connected since the incident and, as such, I have not been able to review it. I have already determined he broke the rules by attacking your vehicle in such a manner, but logs indicate there were further rule-breaks regarding the inadequate use of molotov cocktails, so I wanted to get the full picture. In any case, I will wait for 24 more hours to see if they connect to the server and simply accept the Action Request if he fails to do so.
