Why should this be added?:
- no competition atm

What negatives could this have?:
- none

What problem would this suggestion solve?: people actually base and raid

I think the city will blow up. Not the player count, but the city itself. So many raids, grenades, car thefts. Would be fun though. Good for PD, EMS and FD aswell, I imagine.

I know my suggestion is a bit far fetched but I believe adding a permanent reward, whether it be a prop, doll etc for 1, 2 & 3 would be cool after the leaderboard resets.

Maybe even allowing orgs to collaborate on voicelines (if a doll), or get to vote on a list of props that will be granted to every organisation member within these orgs. Linking in to the doll idea, a reskin of the 2015 doll with the #1 organisation leader would be quite cool on top of the voicelines done by collaborating orgs

Suggestion Title: Top 5 orgs in overall should have rewards
Suggestion Description: If an org reaches top 5 in overall the org should get a limited reward such as a storage chest, workbench and more.

- If this ever is considerable it should nerf drug harvest xp as currently it's every top organization is competing on the leaderboard due to them having so much drug xp, it's easy but a boring way to get xp while making lots of money and not being at risk at all

- If rewards system for top organization gets added it should have a proper reset leaderboard such as every 3 months...

This would give people a reason to play, but make the top five org rival each other so it doesnt turn into massive zergs wiping cops 24/7
