Why should this player be punished?: User tried to gunpoint me and told me to put my hands up while i have weapon in my hands that resulted in his death

yes so idk what was said but all i remember was my doors was open and he walked into my house and i told him that it wasnt a good idea then he asked why,then i said go see ,i followed him in and locked the door behind me because it was my house i then turned around and told him to put his hands up because he wasnt welcome in the property,i didnt even know he had a gun on him at all thats why i mugged him ,i only seen it last second ,and i can explain the fisrt shot being a misclick ,but by then he was already trying to kill me then he F4 afterwards,at first i justthought he didnt comply under gunpoint ,killed me then L tapped but i didnt report him ¯\_(ツ)_/¯he didnt have his gun out the entire time during the whole interaction until i turned to gun point him... which is exactly when the clip starts, i thought he was unarmed

I was holding my gun way before that and you still tried to gunpoint me while having it out

look man i dont have eyes in the back of my head ,i turned around to mug u in my place and suddenly u had a gun ,i only noticed when i aimed in ...thats how/why i panic fired,99% of the interaction u had no gun visible its also why i stopped ,looked away and stood there after i noticed?

After reviewing Roos' demo, it has become clear that he had the gun out for a considerably longer amount of time, as he pulled it around the same time where you locked the property door. From your POV, it has also become apparent that you could have been able to seen this if you had paid closer attention, as there were around seven seconds between you looking at Roos with the gun out and you issuing the commands.

In this case, you not realizing he had his gun out in passive does not justify your actions, especially since it was not a close-cut case and he had had it out for several seconds. I am inclined to believe you are telling the truth and you did not know, but it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you are following all due rules when engaging in situations such as muggings.
