Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Bean Can
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 2 Days

Your Steam Name: Zrainz780
Your Roleplay Name: Aiden Robberson
Your SteamID: 76561199827626826

Why were you punished?: yelling "10 toes' inside of police stations

Why should this appeal be considered?: nowhere in the rules states " 10 toes" is slang for 10 years of prison time. also the "reporter' states that gunshots followed after me saying ten toes how does he know the guy shooting. was responding to my call? the admin banned me for 3.4 putting my life at risk, how does using my voice puts my life at risk?

Additional Information: make 10 toes official slang or put it in the rules

As the person who reported you the guy you called 10 toes next to coincidentally shot whilst I was dragging you hmm?:dead::dead::dead::cat::cat::eek:

Also if u didnt know what 10 toes is why
fyi i have no clue who shot at you. also "10 toes" are the things on your feet that support your body weight.

10 toes is the common slang for 10 years in jail on the server. You have enough playtime to have encountered this. The rules would be super long if we included every example of what you can't do.

Why else would you yell 10 toes whilst getting arrested in the PD?

"10 toes" are the things on your feet that support your body weight.
Some people have less than 10 toes and that's just not inclusive. Uncool dude.

how does using my voice puts my life at risk?
I'll give you an example, since you're struggling with this concept: "I'll kill you" puts your life at risk as someone may act on it and in fact kill you. The same goes for calling for a raid which may cost you your life, when you haven't met the threshold to allow this to happen (as written in that rule) and you may end up dead as a result of crossfire.

We do not appreciate players trying to claim ignorance to a concept that they very apparently are aware of.

Is there anything else you'd like to add to your dispute?
