Suggestion Title: Revert the unconsious state rework
Suggestion Description: like the title flipping says, please revert it. It is really annoying having to wait 10 years to finish someone

Why should this be added?:
- Because the change lowkey kinda sucked
- literally everyone wants this
- realisim
- taking 10 bullets into the body typically fully kills you insted of making you unconsious

What negatives could this have?:
- Devs not very happy

What problem would this suggestion solve?: having to wait a bilion years to finish someone

99% sure it was an update, there is a delay after unconing someone before you can finish them

This seems more like a bug then, I'm sure this is unintentional. Unless a dev could confirm.

When you become unconscious now you gain a 2 second immunity when becoming unconscious. This 2 second immunity stops u from being insta finished and then after the 2 second immunity then you are eligible to be finished off to a blackscreen.

I noticed this, agree %100. You can't be granting immortality to a person for 2 seconds after he falls down, its really out of palce, very unrealistic and annoying.

As much as I love insta-black screening cops in raids so they cant be combat rezzed. (fuck you ems) from a IA/PD standpoint, the slightest overfire on a raider and you accidently finish them off can cause some people (man children) to cry over getting "finished off" and it being "gross misconduct" and "I should have been arrested for the RP reasons" said no E-sports player ever, but I digress. IAs would skyrocket over crybabies getting mad they got finished off and having to scratch that itch of ruining someones day and having to complain about SOMETHING.

I don’t know man, it should be clear in an IA that an officer shooting someone during an intense situation, an extra bullet might hit after they go down, I would be highly concerned if IA and CC were penalising officers for that

I dont think IA or CC actually dealt with the complaints but getting so many invalid IAs (If they defendant knew they were in the wrong or not) could be annoying since they have ACTUAL IAs to deal with, not random RTFO #4986 accidently hitting a full burst on someone with a M16 in which they had to ruin said RTFO by making a bullshit IA

That is a good point but IA already spent a lot of time on valid cases, why waste more of it dealing with bullshit when we could just keep the immunity for 1-2 seconds?

We have been lenient regarding this; it’s just that it’s now easier to classify it as potentially malicious. The immunity is a little more forgiving for newer officers, as it won’t actually finish someone off if you shoot a little too much, unless you continue shooting after the 2-second window, that could be something you'd need to justify...
