King of the Ring - Paralake's latest fighting tournament.
King of the Ring started as an underground fight club operating out of the slums district of Paralake. Since then, the organisation has gained legitimacy in the wider fighting world. We are happy to announce we have officially been licenced as a tournament organiser in Paralake. We aim to pit the toughest fighters against each other in order to crown the one true champion of Paralake. Can you weather the storm? Can you get up where others would stay down? Do you have what it takes to be the King of the Ring?
Tournament format
The tournament will be double elimination, meaning each fighter has two chances to prove themselves. Fighters will be evenly matched for the first round, then all gloves are off. For the final and 3rd place match, the fights will be best of three. Fighters can withdraw whenever they want (throwing in the towel,) but it is strongly discouraged.
Sponsorship oppurtunities
King of the Ring would like to extend sponsorship oppurtunities to other organisations. For a price, your branding will build the ring on which the fighters battle, ANY image you want.* Contact @exrobite for more details. All proceeds will fund the prize pool.
Prize Pool
The prize pool will be split in the following way:
1st place: 60%
2nd place: 25%
3rd place: 15%
