Why were you punished?: 1.4, 2.5, 3.4 - User was part of a group that were instigating shootouts with police for seemingly no reason, with no initial felony attracting a sentence of 7+ years being made. The group were also killing Paramedics. Essentially MassRDM.

Why should this appeal be considered?: he said that I was shooting cops for no reason but I had a reason because my friend said 10 toes outside pd than I killed cops why your just giving bans without even asking me what happened in the situation ................................................................

Your friends had 0 reason too be shooting at me or the other police, as it says in the ban reason "User was part of a group that were instigating shootouts with police for seemingly no reason"
you may of had a reason too end up shooting me but if ur group hadnt of been pissing about breaking rules u wouldnt of had that reason. u also decided too go too city hall after killing us in pd waiting for us too respawn and then killing us again. u didnt value ur life, u had 0 reason too kill us at city hall as we had no clue u had killed cops

I'd also like to add on as a "victim" of your violent street gang of thugs; as Dom already mentioned, you decided to, after shooting multiple cops at the PD, not make any attempt to get away from the scene. Instead, you walked up to City Hall to start interacting with the Mayor, who had witnessed the killings you committed and would have snitched to the police about your presence. I'm sure you are well aware, as an experienced player, that PD, after being killed in PD, spawns at City Hall, where you and your entire posse were ready with assault rifles on your backs, instantly pulling them out to gun down any PD that spawned in. Once this was done you were eventually gunned down by, I believe, Secret Service as you did this in front of the mayor you had people involved pull up yet another time with assault rifles to gun down the new officers on scene. Hopefully this helps you remember the full scale of the events that went down so you can respond more honestly here.

The reason this all began was because all 3 of you were running around storage/hospital aiming guns at people. Your friend (Lok Star) was killed outside PD, by me, for minging and aiming his gun - which I’m pretty sure he was claiming self defence.

I had to take a call and afk but Lok Star would have likely been processed for 7.3/7.5, for the weapon and potentially 9.1 for hitting me (as PD could of said it was he/she said scenario). I can provide demo if it helps as medal was logged out at the time

Hello,

Upon reviewing your demo and the other bits of evidence we have obtained for this situation, we have deemed this ban to be valid.

Your argument surrounding the fact that your friend shouted "10 toes" is completely irrelevant to this situation. You directly witnessed your friend assault another civilian, and therefore it is evident your friend was only being arrested for a physical assault charge. This alone does not justify killing Police.

Furthermore, over the next 20 minutes, you decided to remain within the inner city after committing a serious crime. This appears that your intention was to remain within the area and initiate further shootouts which could have been easily avoided if you fled after committing a serious crime, as you're supposed too.

After killing an Officer, you are then seen to return to multiple public buildings such as the Hospital and City Hall which you decide to kill numerous other individuals. The need to kill these individuals isn't justified and would not have happened had you just fled the area.

Given all of this, your ban and the length is completely valid and therefore will remain in place.
