ive not had this issue before for some reason my game is extremely daleyed now cars are near to impossible to drive and props are also delayed not sure what caused this it was fine yeasterday any ideas?

Your lerp is set to 500, let the server manage it automatically according to population instead of setting it yourself. Do this in the F1 menu.
