Suggestion Title: Organization house
Suggestion Description: When buying a property from the bank, you should be able to purchase it using either your personal bank account or the organization’s bank account.

If the property is purchased using the organization’s account, it should be marked as a clubhouse/org house on the doors instead of "Owned by a player". Everyone in the organization should then be able to contribute money to the organization’s account to help cover the property expenses / Or use the money from airdrops and etc. Members shouldn’t be forced to deposit money, but they should have the option to contribute so the organization doesn’t run out of funds and risk getting evicted.

Maybe make it so that raiding a clubhouse/org house gives more XP for kills.
Maybe reduce the drug yield penalty when basing in a clubhouse/org house. (Or something completely else)

This would give people a reason to mark their base as a org house, but also increase the chance of getting raided because people can come get more XP.

Why should this be added?:
- It would make it fairer, so one person doesn’t have to pay for the entire crew in terms of rent/tarrifs.
- Could be cool to say like "Yeah, we wiped out their entire org/club house"

What negatives could this have?:
- I'm trying to think of some, maybe its not gonna be used so much idk

What problem would this suggestion solve?: - Not really any besides everyone contributing fairly to the rent/tarrifs

While the idea has some merrit I think this would lead to more conflict then its worth

For example lets say im part of Nocomp or GS9 or whatever and i go and raid lets say the ballers, it would lead to more targeting which and could in thoery lead to people being toxic
Also the fact is other then when the mayor puts the tarrifs up you dont really pay rent
Thats just my opinion thought

If someone leaves you don't get locked out of your property

Yeah that's of course true, do you´still think it would lead to more conflict even if its unknown which organization owns the building?

Police get a clue a warranted person is staying in a org house, then they come investigate. I can see how it maybe could create problems

its 3.4 to stay in a known warranted house anyway so probs the same as they currently are

I like the idea of letting someone buy a property with org funds, especially if that redirects property tariffs as well, but the rest seems unnecessary and would probably lead to balancing issues as well.

I can see how it would cause unbalance in the grand scheme of things. So if there was zero changes to the gameplay, my suggestion is just to make all the payments go from one player -> organization fund. This would mean all the cost from buying the property, to tarrifs & rent. All the same rules should still apply. You aren’t apart of any shenanigans if you’re not staying at said base. Its just marked as an org house, since all charges are made to the org bank account
