Suggestion Title: Let owners put an org on pause
Suggestion Description: If there are no other members in the org, the owner can speak to the city hall NPC and put the org on "pause" This would allow the owner to join another org without having to delete or have someone hold the old org. when they wish they can speak to the npc to unpause the org and regain its benefit etc

Why should this be added?:
It would be nice not to have to delete all the work I put into my org just to join another.

What negatives could this have?:
Making org bonuses too widespread

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Having to delete your org or getting someone to hold it.

Adding this would ultimately lead to a much bigger market in making -> leveling and then selling orgs, resulting in too many orgs with all org perks unlocked without much effort. I am not sure if this is something we should want tbh.

Disallow change of ownership if an org has been paused or just time gate ownership?

Would not resolve this in the long run

You could make it so that the organisation perks and levels get reset upon any kind of ownership change that would occur from something like selling it to another person. This would ultimately kill this entire market however.

Having an organisation on pause for too long should also cause it to lose XP (and levels) gradually after a month just like job experience so you actually do something with your org.

Yeah, I see no other way of doing this to be fair.
