Suggestion Description: I suggest reducing the number of ranks in McUwes from 8 to 5 to make the promotion system simpler and less time-consuming.
The new ranking system could look like this:
1 Junior Cook
2 Cook
3 Senior Chef
4 Senior Sous Chef
5 Chef

Why should this be added?:
I think that this suggestion should be added because there are currently too many ranks, making the promotion process take too long. Reducing the number of ranks would make progression faster and more enjoyable, motivating players to stay active and work towards promotions.

What negatives could this have?:
I don't think there would be any significant negative effects. In fact, I believe more people would play McUwes more often because the promotion system would be faster and more rewarding.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: This suggestion would solve the problem of the ranking system being too long and time-consuming. Players may lose motivation when they have to spend too much time grinding to get promoted through many ranks. By reducing the number of ranks, progression would feel faster and more rewarding.

i can kinda get where you're coming from as there are quite a lot of ranks for the mcuwes job but personally, i feel more things to work towards and more variety in ranks and therefore the rewards that come from them, is a good thing

Progression is good, and I don't think removing it here will particularly do anything positive. If you remove progression of anything in my eyes it will demotivate people to keep working towards it
I hit the ceiling on PPS and effectively lost interest immediately. More ranks and perks the more you put effort into it honestly is something I feel should keep being expanded, not reduced.
