An option of going off a job when blackscreened
I don't really see how this would change the way people play as all it is doing is giving people the option to go off duty, its not letting you respawn faster or anything -

This could also help with pd raids as cops that died in pd could go off duty to avoid being spawn killed or killed in the same situation -
